We currently offer delivery to Jeddah city only.
After placing the order, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been received. If you have made the payment via card, your order will only be accepted once your card payment has been approved.
Usually, it takes 2-5 working days for order delivery. However, due to current circumstances, delays may occur.

Payments

We accept payments using all major credit and debit cards (Mastercard, Mada, Apple Pay, and Visa).
The currency will default to the currency of the region you are shopping in. You can change this at the bottom right-hand side of the homepage.

Celebrating your birthday with us is a great honor! We offer a service to write on your plate of choice, tart or Plated Dessert.
You can always order your cake at Le Concheur, however, bringing your own cake is not allowed.

All of our products have been thoroughly transited tested and carefully packed to ensure they arrive with you in perfect condition. In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please do not worry. We guarantee we will put it right for you – replacing or refunding as appropriate.
